Is my resume data private?+
Yes. Your resume, job descriptions, and search history are never shared with third parties or sold. The Anthropic API processes your content to generate scores and text but does not use your data to train AI models, which is guaranteed by their API terms. We store your data in Firebase to power the product. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.
How accurate is the fit score?+
The score reflects how well your stated background matches the role's requirements, not a hiring prediction. A 7/10 means you're a strong match on paper, not that you'll get an offer. We calibrate toward accuracy: if you're a 4, we tell you you're a 4. Use it to filter what's worth your time, not as a guarantee.
What if I don't have a resume yet?+
That's fine, and it's actually a good starting point. JobTrue walks you through building a master resume from scratch through a guided conversation. You answer questions about your experience and it structures everything. No blank page, no formatting stress.
What's founding member pricing?+
Early members lock in $19/month (or $179/year) for life. When we raise prices, and we will as the product grows, you keep your rate. Cancel anytime. If you come back, the price does not come back with you.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in Settings. No questions asked, no cancellation fee. You keep access through the end of your billing period.
